Apparently "Robert" (Mannog Just In Time : Mannog Moonriver x Moonlight Serenade) had his first beach ride at Southport and Paul sent me a lovely picture to prove the point.  Whilst Robert's companion decided to pretend she was at the Cheltenham festival Robert kept to his own pace and stopped easily -much to Paul's delight.  Great time had by all.
