Found a wonderful archive picture of Capitall Cyril who is in the extended pedigree of Mannog Rock DJ ( and Mannog Just In Time) through the August Harrier lines( Little Cid +El Frida + Capitall Cyril = August Velantina = August  Harrier)
What a lovely stamp of a horse with some great bloodlines in it - shame he could not pass his spots on down the line! I understand that Capitall Cyril died at the tender age of 9 yrs due to consuming bought in contaminated hay. Such a shame. Nice to know that Mannog Rock DJ carries some of the best USA (Amazing Blue/Mannog Moonriver ) and UK (Capitall Cyril) bloodlines (along with his brother Mannog Just in Time).  Perhaps that is why they are both APHC UK part bred champions in their own right.
